Debra Cohen founded 3-B'z here in 1994. It has been family-owned and operated for 30 years, and it runs today under Debbie and Daniel, whom customers still single out by name. We work out of one place and cover the San Fernando Valley and Greater Los Angeles from it — there are no satellite branches to route your job through.
That’s the reason this page is broader than the rest of our city pages. Los Angeles is where every part of the business overlaps at once: new construction, large private properties, multi-unit buildings, offices, and ordinary households.
Two of the development firms we work with are Los Angeles companies — Houck Construction Corp. and LG Development. For all of them the work is the same shape: post-construction cleaning in rough, final and touch-up stages, plus preparing a finished property for public showings when it’s going on the market.
Two services exist for the property types this city has a lot of. Estate maintenance is ongoing care for large homes and luxury properties: detailed interior cleaning, hardwood and stone floors, carpet and rug cleaning, interior and exterior windows, pressure washing, patios and hardscape, fixtures, glass and high dusting. It’s scheduled weekly, monthly or seasonally on a customized plan built to keep an entire property consistently guest-ready.
Building maintenance is the multi-unit equivalent — weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning of the shared spaces that get the most traffic and the least attention: elevators, laundry rooms, lobbies, pool houses, fountains and courtyards.
On the residential side it’s detailed room-by-room cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, and recurring weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service. One Los Angeles homeowner had already shopped around before finding us:

We also handle jobs that don’t fit neatly into either category: REO clean-outs and foreclosures, preparing a property for showings, janitorial service for office buildings on an around-the-clock schedule, seasonal and pre- or post-holiday cleaning, and set-up and clean-up for parties and events.
